3 Months Out

• We’ll send you an email containing your event specific planning material for music suggestions and requests as well as payment options for your event.

2 Months Out

• We’ll reach out to you to set up your initial consultation meeting with us to build your custom outline and go over every detail of your event.

1 Month Out

• We will schedule our final consultation. During this meeting we will go over our role at your event, name pronunciations, musical selections, the flow you’d like to achieve as well as any special information you’d like for us to be aware of. For this meeting you’ll need a copy of your completed event planner and any pertinent information from your venue.

1 Week Out

• We’re almost there! We’ll send you another email finalizing everything you need from us with a reminder that your balance is due if you still have one.

Day of Event

• We will arrive on site between 3 and 4 hours before the event. We will utilize your specific planner and custom outline to provide you with everything you’ve requested for your event with solutions on the fly if necessary.

After Your Event

• Our goal at Eyecon Entertainment is 100% customer satisfaction. We will reach out to you after your event to make sure you are happy so we can serve you in the future to the best of our ability! Thank you for choosing us!
