• We’ll follow up by email to assist with music suggestions and check in on your music planning forms.
2 Months Out
• We’ll reach out to offer support with completing our music planning forms.
1 Month Out
• We will review your music planning forms and follow up with any questions. If needed, we will also connect with your vendors for the big day.
2 Weeks Out
• We will review your final music selections and pair you with the DJ who best matches your style and the atmosphere you want for your wedding.
1 Week Out
• We’re almost there! We’ll send a final email confirming all details, along with a reminder of any remaining balance due.
Day of Event
• We will arrive on-site 2–3 hours before the event, following your planner and custom outline to ensure all details are executed as requested, while providing flexible solutions if needed.
After Your Event
• Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. After your event, we’ll follow up to ensure everything met your expectations and to learn how we can best serve you in the future. Thank you for choosing us!
